First go-round I ordered the wrong size so make sure you check the website for the sizes, but the return policy was QUICK and SO EASY. The boots are great, but the back part slipped down a bit so he'd end up stepping on it or they would start sliding off. There are two straps on the bottom, which is open so you can wear your own shoes. We finally ended up pushing the back strap behind his heel and it stayed on much better (maybe that's how it's supposed to be used in the first place?) Overall a great boot for a fireman!
