I liked the unfinished hemline because it can be shortened, or cut in a pattern (jagged, wavy, etc.) to fit the costume/dress with which it will be worn. I will probably use it as a crinoline for a poodle skirt because I was not finding any crinolines below knee length. The quality seems decent but it was a little pricey. I wish it came in more colors.
