My son chose his costume for the first time this year - usually I "sway" the decision. He seems very pleased with his choice. He is a small 5, and the outfit is snug - fits him perfectly. It is essentially thin stretchy material, so he will need to wear warmer clothes underneath. The mask has plastic goggles attached to it. I cut this part off with scissors. It is plastic so don't know how long it will last, but no way he could see out of the plastic for too long before feeling ill - kind of like when you wear someone elses glasses. Boys seem easier to please than girls so he does like the costume, and since it was cheap it fits the bill. Not made to last longer than a few wears but kids grow anyway.
