this is exactly what my boys wanted for halloween. since we live in a cold area during halloween, it would be nice if some costumes can keep them warm while they are out trick or treating. otherwise, its a good costume to have around when they just want to play star war clone wars.
My five year old wanted this costume. After much research, costume discounters offered the deluxe costume at half the price of others. BEcause of the foam pieces, the costume is better suited for the larger size in the range. Also, after one wear, I had to reinforce some seams and repair the costume. Glad I didn't pay what other retailers were selling it for!

My son is 7 years old and really into dressing up/creative play. He loves this costume, and has already worn it three times in advance of Halloween. It is made well and looks great on - seems durable. I think he will be playing in this suit often. The belt is made of a rubber and is too large for his waist by quite a bit so we have to tie it up or safety pin it so it will stay on him.
