Costume Discounters ships to more than 200 countries worldwide. We ship directly to Canada and the United Kingdom, and through our partner, iShopUSA, to more than 200 other countries. Canadian Orders
Costume Discounters delivers orders to all Canadian provinces between 1-8 business days from the date your order is shipped, depending on the service level you select. We generally find deliveries to Canadian addresses occur within our estimated timelines, however we cannot control exact delivery times and do not guarantee delivery dates. Most Canadian orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday ? Friday, excluding US holidays. Note that while our orders ship quickly, our policy of same day shipping on orders placed before 3 PM EST does not apply to Canadian Orders.
Delivery Options
Our Canadian orders ship via UPS. We offer two shipping options to Canada: Standard and Express Shipping. Normal delivery times are the following:
- Standard: 3-8 business days
- Express: 1-3 business days
If your order is being shipped to a city or major metropolitan area, you will receive your package in the lower end of the range of shipping times. Rural and remote areas of Canada will experience shipping times on the longer end of the ranges listed above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Costume Discounters is not responsible for packages delayed by customs.
Shipping Charges
We charge shipping to Canada based on a minimum charge and a per pound charge, which varies by service level, as follows:
- Standard Shipping to Canada: Minimum Charge of US$11.49 (add US$1.00 for each additional pound over 1 lbs.)
- Express Shipping to Canada: Minimum Charge of US$29.99 (add US$2.50 for each additional pound over 1 lbs.)
To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and select "Canada" as your shipping country on the first page of our checkout process.
Note that all items are considered to be at least one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound.
Duties and Taxes
We make it easy for our Canadian customers to order from us ? unlike our competitors, we handle all of the duty, tax, and other importation requirements for you. We charge you all of the import duty, processing fees, brokerage fees, and tax (HST, GST, and PST, as applicable) on your order at the time you checkout. These fees will appear in the line ?International Duties, Taxes, and Handling? which will appear on Step 2 of our checkout process (before you are charged, so you can review these costs prior to being charged). When you place your order, you authorize Costume Discounters to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your order and pay duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada. As a result, you should not be charged these fees at the time of delivery.
Taxes
Costume Discounters is required to charge all Canadian customers GST, HST, and PST, as applicable, depending upon the Province where the purchase is made. Costume Discounters will also charge GST, HST, and PST, as applicable, on any returned orders, including handling fees where applicable.
Canadian Returns
Note that returns of Canadian orders are accepted per our standard return policy. However, please note that refunds on Canadian orders do not include shipping, handling, tax, duty, brokerage, and other re-importation costs. United Kingdom Orders
Costume Discounters delivers orders to the United Kingdom 2-4 business days from the date your order is shipped. We generally find deliveries to United Kingdom addresses occur within our estimated timelines, however we cannot control exact delivery times and do not guarantee delivery dates. Most UK orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday ? Friday, excluding standard US holidays.
We only ship to addresses in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales. We do not currently ship to UK military addresses or territories.

UK Shipping Charges and Delivery Times
We currently offer one shipping level to the United Kingdom. We charge shipping to the United Kingdom based on a minimum charge and a per pound charge, as follows:
- Standard Shipping to the UK: Minimum Charge of US$36.99 (add US$2.00 for each additional pound over 1 lbs.)

UK Customs and Import Duties
We make it easy for our customers from the United Kingdom to order from us ? unlike our competitors, we handle all of the duty, tax, and other importation requirements for you. Other International Orders
(other than Canada and United Kingdom)
For orders shipping to locations other than the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Costume Discounters has partnered with iShop USA, a trusted third-party company specializing in international shipments and order fulfillment. Customers may shop normally through our site, adding items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. During the checkout process you will be asked to choose the "International Checkout" option, and the items in your shopping cart will be automatically transferred to iShop USA.
To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions on the iShop USA website. Customers using this service may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA displays both currencies at the time of checkout, the local currency and its USD equivalent. You will be charged in USD. However, your statement will reflect your local currency. iShop USA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
Note: Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to the iShop USA Customer Service Department. Costume Discounters representatives may not be able to assist you with your inquiry.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs may vary considerably based on four factors:
- Order size & weight
- Destination country
- Shipping preference
- Duties & taxes collected by your government
These costs are determined during the checkout process. To see the shipping costs for your specific order, please continue shopping and begin your checkout.
All fees will be disclosed when you checkout. Taxes and Duties (Landed Cost) will be disclosed to you prior to you checking out. You can choose to let iShop pay the landed fees for you or you can pay when your items arrive.
Delivery Time
Shipments will get to you as soon as possible. Transit times vary from country to country.
Priority Shipping - You may expect to receive your package within 4 to 10 business days. If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 9 to 15 business days.
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it may take additional time to deliver your goods.
Standard Shipping - You may expect to receive your package in 10 to 20 business days. If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 15 to 25 business days.
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it may take additional time to deliver your goods.
Please be advised that the delivery time frames above are estimates only. iShop does not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions we cannot be held responsible for.
