They would only fit---barely---on an adult woman that wore a size 7 1/2-8 shoe. Even hard for her to get on. I bought for a guy to wear (he wears size 11, but couldn't get his foot inside them) Maybe they would fit a child. I have no clue what guy could wear these except a pre-teen maybe? Cute to display at parties.
