will match the costume price and take off an additional 20%.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders received before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. We
ship out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
ORDER TRACKING
We provide real-time order tracking online via our website. All
you need is your order # and your billing zip code and you can
see the status of your order in our order processing system.
And if the order has already been delivered to one of our
shipping carriers for delivery, you'll be able to check the
delivery status online as well.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. There is no
restocking fee for size exchanges. Costumes may only be
returned, if they are unworn and in new condition, with
original packaging within ten (10) days of delivery.
PHONE ORDERS
Customer service representatives are available to answer your
questions by phone. However we charge a $3 order handling fee
for all orders placed by phone. This is necessary in large part
so that we can provide you with the lowest cost costumes on the
Internet!
