My daughter wore this costume three days in a row for various Halloween activities. It held up great, and was a huge hit! Several businesses and homes that we went "trick-or-treating" to gave her extra candy because they said her costume was so original and cute!!! We made up a little round tray for her to carry (like a real car-hop), hot gluing a Coke bottle and a paper Hamburger/fries tray on it, with a ribbon strap underneath to help her to hold on to it. Darling!

The theme of the bookfair this spring at my son's elementary school was DINERS. Being a member of the PTO, I organized a theme night to raise more money at the bookfair. I ordered the car hop costume for my 4 year old....the Rizzo costume for me...and the bowling shirt for my husband. WHAT A HIT!! I had my dad show up in his '54 Buick to set the mood. I'm going to dress my daughter up in the car hop costume again and again for future car shows.

My daughter wore this costume a total of three times during the week of Halloween. Once to a Halloween party, to school for a parade, and also out treak-or-treating. After the first time wearing it there was a hole in the armpit and the fabric snagged in too many places to count. Also the hat had sequins around the rim which were sewn on incorrect. I did like the look of the costume from what was advertised it looked just like it. For a one night wear it was a good little costume but that's about all the thing can handle!

This is an adorable costume for a little girl! The sizing seems to be dead-on. The quality is fine for a Halloween costume (I didn't expect couture-quality for a [$] costume), and my daughter is thrilled with it. The skirt has a little netting under it to give it some poof, so there's no need to an additional crinoline. Just have to find some way to get the hat to stay on her head. :)

Size chart is off but no problem with customer service when I did the exchange. Re-order fits great. The hat should have some type of band or hook for hair pins. My daughter loves the costume and it looks great!
