My seven year old was very happy with the orange hair and the boot covers actually fit.
I bought this costume for my daughter who loves to watch the Scooby-doo cartoons on t.v. The dress was really cute but it's a good thing my daughter is a skinny little thing because it's fit wasn't very forgiving. The boot covers also don't give a lot of room. In fact, it wouldn't fit over her boots at all, she wore sneakers and socks under them instead. I would have considered a size bigger, but my daughter is on the tiny side and the dress would have been too long. I'd also buy a wig cap next time because the wig was seriously itchy and my daughter couldn't wear it for long periods of time.
My daughter loves Scooby-doo and wanted desperately to be Daphne for Halloween. I was sceptical of this costume seeing it online because in person some costumes can be cheapy. My daughter loves it and it's really cute. She's worn it many many times and Halloween isn't here yet... this will be in our dress up play for some time- so its a great value for the cost. Very happy with it! May require long sleeves and tights underneath to trick or treat in since it can get cold here...
