I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She is very hard on her dress up costumes and this has held up well so far. It is made well and very cute. The neck fastening is a bit difficult for her to put on on her own; however, I imagine for the 3+ recommended age group, it would be fine.

The velcro didn't hold the neck strap shut and it didn't hold shut on back of dress either. I would probably redo the velcro if she wears this again.
