I purchased this costume for my daughter who is 16 months old. She typically wears 18-24 months clothes. So I purchased the costume for size "up to 24 months". It fits great however the sholder straps are a little bit too big. I have her wearing a black turtleneck and black legging underneath it and it's cute. Very good value for the price. The only complaint I have is the wings do not attach well at the back - it just has a small strip of velcroe. And the wings have a hard time staying open. They mostly want to close and fall to the side. Otherwise, we love this costume.
My daughter wore this costume for the day of Halloween in the day-care center. It was very beautiful and unique!
