Nero is one of the most notable and infamous figures of the Roman Empire. Appointed as the emperor of Rome after the death of his uncle, Claudius, Nero is best known as the evil tyrant who burned the city of Rome to pave the way for a new palace. This evil emperor is believed to have played a fiddle to accompany the sounds of the Romans' wails and moans as they tried to flee the inflamed city.
