Product is fine. Customer service was terrible! Too much background noise such that CSR couldn't hear me on two separate occasions. Had to call six times to try and get price match. Supervisor said she would call back in two hours but never did. Sent web link and copy of web page for price match but staff didn't read messages and just kept replying with a form letter. Never got match. Will not use the company again.
