The bodice has a red center with a black and white checker design on the dies. Underneath the bodice is a black satin peplum and the skirt is long and follows the same design, however the center of the dress is white with a queen of hearts design, and just outside the center is a white and black stripe design, and just outside of that design the sides of the gown are red satin. The sleeves are long with lace trimming at the cuffs and the shoulders a puff with gold trimming. Also, included with the costume is a choker and tiara. Loved this costume! Audience members raved about how great it looked on both girls who wore it! The girls were a little different in size, but with the addition of ribbons at the waist, it worked out well! This dress was used in a high school performance of Alice. The only thing that I didn't like about the costume, is that the king costume, we made, paled in comparison!
The dress is worth the price, its a very well designed dress. I got a lot of good remarks about the costume, and was very pleased with everything.

Everyone loved the costume! The bodice was not as form fitting as I had hoped and was challenging to iron. I am 5'6" and the dress was a little too long, even with an additional hoop skirt and 2" heels.
