Clone Trooper Costume

Clone Troopers are soldiers of the Galactic Empire, cloned from the fearsome bounty hunter Jango Fett. Jango Fett provide the genetic material and Mandalorian battle training that made the Clonetroopers superior soldiers. Clonetroopers wear battle suits similar to the Mandalorian armor worn by Jango Fett. They are led by Jedi generals and Clone Commanders. The Clone Trooper costumes are official Star Wars merchandise. They feature the white armor suits with various colored accents. Classic Clone Trooper costumes have the armor details printed on a jumpsuit while the deluxe versions have molded pieces for more realism. Variations to the Clone Trooper costumes are used to define specific characters and rank. For example, the Commander Cody costume has yellow details which represents the rank of commander as opposed to blue details like that of the Troop Leader Rex Costume which represents the rank of lieutenant.
