Watchmen Costumes

Watchmen is a DC comic book series from the 1980s. It was a twelve issue series that was made into a motion picture in 2009.

Watchman costumes are based on the characters Rorschach, Night Owl, Ozymandias, Silk Spectre and The Comedian. The Rorschach Watchman costume features a trench coat, a hat and an inkblot mask. In the comic, Rorschach's mask would continually morph into various inkblots. He forges a one-man vigilante battle against crime because being a superhero was declared illegal. The Comedian is a really tough guy. The Comedian Halloween costume features a muscle chest jumpsuit, gloves and a mask. Night Owl is a retired superhero who was known for using owl-themed gadgets in his crime fighting endeavors. The Night Owl Watchman costume is unique because of the owl ears facemask. Ozymandias is the antagonist in the Watchmen comic. His costume features a muscle chest jumpsuit with attached cape and mask. It has metallic gold details that make it stand out from the other Watchman Costumes. The lone female character is Silk Spectre. She works for the government and found out, through Doctor Manhattan, that The Comedian is her father. The Silk Spectre costume is a yellow and black romper with garters, gloves and boot tops.
