I ordered these for a 50's era play in which I had a part. Ordered my normal shoe size and paid extra to get them fast, only to find that they were easily 1 to 1.5 sizes too big. Had to re-order, pay extra again to get them fast, and the size down is still a little sloppy, but workable. (Wore thicker socks.) Always wanted a pair of saddle shoes and these are classic! Nice soles and solid construction at a reasonable price.

Bought this for costume party. Looked great and very comfortable. I stood for over 8 hours in these shoes. They do run a bit large, but I put orthotic inserts in them and they fit perfect. I do have a wide foot and a high arch. I also have a painful foot condition called plantar fasciitis and cannot wear many shoes without being in pain. So for me to say these are comfortable is a HUGE compliment!

I love these shoes! They are well made and comfortable but I am very disappointed with the sizing. They are at least 3 sizes too big despite the fact that I called customer service to ask about sizing and was told to order whatever she would normally wear. My daughter won't be able to wear them and there is not enough time to exchange them before Halloween. I would recommend these shoes to others but would also recommend that they order a couple of sizes smaller than what they normally wear.

Great shoe, great price, wrong size. The size chart didnt work so I got a 7, like I usually do. Way too big, went for a 6, still too big. The second box included a size chart and showed I should have gotten a 5. But I needed them and could wait any longer so kept them. We do a 50s night at a camp for people with disabilities. They loved the costumes!
