Cute costume but the sizing is totally off. I bought a medium for my 6 year old who is very average size...more on the tall and thin side for not overly. She's very in line with all her 6 year old friends. The Medium was quite big. Too big really so I ordered the small. The small looks like it could fit an infant. The disparity in the two sizes is worlds apart. i ended up keeping the medium b/c too big is better than too small but its baffling why they are not more specific on the sizing for these costume.s
Very cute online. Sizing is way off. My child is 4 1/2. The small fit perfectly in the body but the skirt was so short even with tights or pants underneath it would not be appropriate to wear. The medium is the perfect length but the body is so wide on her she looks like she is wearing a sack. I'm planning on trying to take in the seams to make it hopefully work. Huge size difference between small and medium!
The only problem I initially had were that the leggings were a little big on my girl's legs. She is so skinny, but with tights they worked great.

I bought this for my 5 yearold that is a 5t. I should have bought the small. This costume runs a little big. The Med fits more like a 7-8. She loves it anyway. She looked so cute. It was really cold so I added some thick black tights and a long sleeved black shirt. I thoght that that made it look even cuter for a 5 year old. A can of Gold glitter later and I had a shimmering from head to toe honey bee princess.
Great costume. Comes with leggings and headband. Only draw back is it is very short. My daughter wore an additional skirt underneath...leggings would work too. Shame because it is a very cute costume. Even if you order up a size it is short
The only reason this costume isn't five stars is because of the sizing. BE SURE TO USE COSTUME DISCOUNTERS SIZES, not the manufacturers sizes. My normal-sized four year-old was in the medium (what the man. considers that to be 7-8 years-old). Very cute costume!
The costume was cute however there were two areas that the black dye had bled onto the yellow stipe!! With 7-10 days before Halloween, I didnt have time for an exchange. This was disappointing.
My 4 year-old daughter looked adorable in this costume this Halloween. The quality was good, the accessories were nice additions. Only con: the dress was too short for my daughter. I ordered a size Medium which is supposed to fit ages 4-6, and yet it was too short for my (tall) 4 year-old. It looked absolutely fine when she was standing upright, but we could see her underwear when she bent, so I gave her a pair of short shorts to wear underneath and it was resolved!
Ordered the size based on the sizing chart on-line. Received it and we could have used one 2 more sizes larger. Even the printed sizes on the actual package recommended a Medium for her weight / height. But it was WAY too small / short. So we added black slim pants to the costume to make it work.

I bought this costume for my 4 year old daughter! She absolutely LOVES IT! For a costume, it's relatively comfortable but I must say, I think it runs small. I originally purchased the size MEDIUM that should fit a 4-6 years old. When it arrived and she tried it on, it was so small that the skirt barely covered her little bottom. My daughter is average in height. Fortunately Costume Discounters has a wonderful return program and I was able to return it and get her the larger size. So cute, just don't always trust the size recommendations!
Very cute costume. The only problem is the leg warmers keep falling down on my daughter.
I bought this for my 2 year old daughter. We went to the costume store to see if it would fit. The Small fit perfect for her. She's a 2t-3t. I love that is has the cute leg warmers which are not warmers. I do not have any complaints about this costume.
