The top is basically a very tight-fitting tube top -- it does not flatter the bust at all. The skirt fit well but the top basically flattened out my chest and made me look androgynous. Not the look I was going for. The top looks better as a skirt actually.
I bought a medium and was a little worrie cause I have a 32 inch chest but all the other dimensions were smaller then mine. When I got it it fit good. The only issue was that the waist was a little tightm but oover all very nice. I cant wait to wear it for halloween!!!
