I bought this for my 7-year-old diva, and it is great. Regular costume-grade fabric (not to flimsy not too fancy). She's a size 8 but I ordered a large so she'd get a little more long-term use out of it. It is a little long, but a belt at the waist or a little heal will fix that problem. I think, if I would have ordered true-to-size, it would have been a perfect fit for now. I am adding some costume jewelry to the costume and she will look like a true hollywood starlet.

We got it in the mail last week and she has tried it on 2 times already because she is soooo looking forward to wearing it tonight for Halloween. It fits PERFECT and she can hardly wait. We bought some costume jewelry rhinestones to go with it and a plastic grammy award and she will be just gorgeous tonight. I can't wait to help her get dressed and ready- she is going to feel like a true movie star! Look out Hannah Montana.... ;-) One thing- if you question the sizing- always go with the next size up- just my opinion.
