I play in several "theme" golf tournaments a year. This time it was "pirates". Our foursome usually wears hats instead of costumes (too hard to play golf in a costume). We chose the "wench" hat. It was well-made, sexy, unique and looked exactly like the picture (a very rare thing, in my experience).

I love this hat! I am anxious for our Hook to wear it in our spring play. My only concern is that with a wig under it, I might have to add a chin strap to hold it all on during the sword fights.

The local costume shops had a hat that cost almost as much but was VERY cheaply made; felt with lace but not-shapable. This hat is velvet with two plumes and looks great.
