The patch was nice, but I thought it was a little too big. I used it and it worked out ok, but I would have liked something slightly smaller. I am a woman though. This would be perfect for men, and don't get me wrong, it still does the job for under $1! Also, the string broke at the seam sometime in the night, but that was probably more my fault than the product. The patch was comfortable though and nice material.
