This is a very cute two-piece costume with hat. Unfortunately the hat was rather crumpled and we're still trying to get some shape to it. The top is cut much lower than in the picture, and the skirt and blouse are both shorter. Wish it was all in one piece or had a longer blouse. Material is somewhat flimsy but overall look is cute. Too small to fit a size 16, since it's pretty snug on a size 14. Will need to wear underclothes with good coverage.
