Just received this today and not only was it really cute on, the fabric was high quality also. I'm 5'4, 120 lbs, 36DD and ordered the Medium - which fit perfectly. The arms are a little loose, but not too loose and the skirt was a mini, but not too short at all. I also ordered the hat shown, which runs big but only comes in one size. It's still cute though. I'm looking forward to wearing it Halloween weekend.
