The chest of the dress has a bow tied in black and red fabric that matches with the accompanying neck sash. The quality of this costume is very good. The material is lightweight and not bulky. It doesn't itch like some costume materials do. I purchased the X Large, and it fit perfectly. I wear a size 10, so the sizes for this costume run a bit small. I also purchased the red petticoat, which is a must have because the costume is short. This is a really cute, sexy costume that you can wear out to any costume party. It also covers most of your body, so you don't freeze this time of year.
