The quality of this costume is great! It feel durable and you can hand wash and put in the dryer. The top was a little big, but after the dryer it fit just right. I will need to iron the collar to keep it down. The skirt and top feel very heavy and nice. I am an 8 and i got a M/L and it fit well. Pleats stayed in skirt after washing. top is 100% cotton. hair bows were a bit big.
