I wanted to be Katy Perry for Halloween. This dress fit the act perfectly. The sizing was spot on and was very comfortable. Was a bit cheaply made, design wise. I had to buy a petticoat, stockings, wig, shoes and jewelry to complete the look. The price was good for what I got and will use this site in the future. :)
