Despite what another reviewer said, the Medium is made for sizes 6-10. Luckily the costume still fits, though it's somewhat tight around the stomach. It's short too - when I bend over my bottom is completely exposed. But the cape is actually longer than the skirt so it's not a problem. The costume is made very well and the lace underneath the skirt provides just enough coverage as not to be too racy. The chest portion is way too big and I'll have to adjust the extra material popping out. Otherwise, it was a good purchase.
I wore this out to a bar/club for Saturday night on Halloween weekend. I had a lot of fun in it and felt comfortable all night. The costume fit well but is made a little short so I wore opaque tights underneath but it can be worn with thigh high stockings for special occasions... ;)

I wore this costume out Halloween night to a block party. The hooded cape kept me pretty warm. The sizes for this costume run large! A Medium was made to fit sizes 10-12. It also had a weird smell to it straight from the package. I made the mistake of throwing it in a cold water wash to try and get rid of it which turned the white parts pink. It was fine though. Febreeze probably would have helped to.
This was a very well put together costume, just be careful with the netting as it rips away from the lace quite easily. I am pretty tall (5'9") and this costume was a little short so I ended up buying a 2 1/2" wide piece of lace and sewing it to the bottom of the existing lace on the costume. It worked great and added just enough length to make me much more comfortable. Also, I am about 140 lbs so at first I ordered the medium but it was way to big in the bust and the skirt, so I sent it back and ordered the small and that fit perfect, plus the medium wasn't any longer than the small. All in all, I really like this costume. It is very cute!
