This is an entire, cute outfit at a reasonable price, but the ad says "one size fits most." Hmmm...not sure I believe it. I am a size 10 (not tiny, but not huge either). The elastic in the waist expanded BARELY enough to get the skirt over my hips. The velcro attachment on the elastic, sequin belt was sewn the wrong way on one side, so I had to pin it together to keep it from puckering. I know why they included the jacket - the white shirt is thin and transparent! The care directions say not to iron it, but that is the only way I was able to get the packaging wrinkles out. (Lowest iron setting, no steam.) I got positive comments on it from audience members. The silky black skirt is flowing and attractive. The crinoline is full-length, not just a ruffle under the hemline.
