I was very pleased with this costume. The dress part is stretchy material and made for a very good fit. Thigh highs, hat and vest all very cute. I wore it to a party one night and a friend wore it another night and we both looked great and had a wonderful time. We both normally wear a 4/6.

If you are over 5'6" you might be able to wear the dress as a shirt with white pants or skirt to complete the look. This outfit leans more toward the naughty / sexy side, and it would make a fun bedroom costume.
