This is my second time contacting you, the first was through your website this is a reply to your email. I did request a reply on my original correspondence. I ordered Goin ape costume for 3 reason. It was larger, fits 44-46, had feet for a more realistic look and would arrive on the 19th, 2 days before my costume party. On the 19th I received a gorilla outfit, not the one I ordered. It did not come with feet and fit up to 42! Not only did it not fit, it was not what I ordered and did not have feet. I called customer service and asked for the correct costume to be mailed or at least the feet by the 21st and I would try to make it work. I was told they could not accommodate me the item is out of stock although your website does not state that. The outfit I received is between $30-50, I paid $77 plus change. The customer service rep offered me 10% discount. I would still be paying $20-40 more for the costume I received. Sounds suspicious. She then offered 20%, still not even close to fair. I told her I was returning it and mailed it back 20 October. My credit card has still not been reimbursed the $77.97 I paid! My belief, the costume I ordered was out of stock, so you sent me the closest, cheaper substitute thinking I would not notice, then tried to get me to pay more money than what it cost. I wish you just emailed me out of stock and I could have made other arrangements and not have to wait over 10 days to get my money back, as stated still not received.
