I was not very happy with my order It came and the bottom was all tore up the fur was everywhere and it was too close to Halloween so I just see it up, also shopping took about a month which really suck.

Never got to use it cause my order was canceled for whatever reason after waiting two weeks thinking we were getting it. Then they raised the prices and gave us a 20% discount to make up for the inconvenience but that didn't help cause they raised the prices so we actually were going to have to pay more. The costume took three and one half weeks to arrive almost missing my 12 year old's first school dance ever which was held two days before Halloween and the wrong size was sent to boot. We squeezed her into it but it was way too small. No time to exchange given the lengthy turn around time. Very bad business. No help from customer service what so ever. Good luck future buyers.

The costume was a great price and arrived as promised. My only complaint was the the tulle over the skirt was ripped when we received it. We didn't have time to return it and weren't able to fix it before Halloween so we just removed it.

cute costume but had holes in the skirt within 30 minutes of gentle wear. it's also sized a little small. my daughter is in between sizes 8 and 10 at the moment. we ordered the 8/10 costume and it was a little tight.

The arm was sewn to the tail of the costume. I had to take stories
Scissors to cut the seam which made the tail barely hang on and a hole in the sleeve

I ordered this costume and the website said it would be shipped by October 20th, mind you I ordered this ahead of time and only to get an email stating it was cancelled due to not being in stock which I didn't understand. I don't even think I even got refunded for the costume either. Never showed a credit back to my account.

Cute but ears don't stand up

This costume was really cute, well made and comfortable for my 4 year old, but the ears didn't stand up like in the picture. I ended up running wire through them and then sewing a head band into the hood to get them to perk up just a little. They still didn't stand up all the way. All in all though, a great costume.
