The WORST experience EVER!!!!!
Mommy was getting me my Elena of Avalor for me that I REALLY wanted. I never got it. Mommy had to call OVER and OVER again and I never got anything. I had to be a Wal-mart Mermaid.
I was so SAD that I couldn't get my costume when Mommy ordered it in September. I was so excited. My brothers got to be what they wanted but I couldn't.

I ordered my daughter's costume on Sept 22, 2016 and status said I should receive on Oct 13th. On Oct 14, I called to see where my order was. Said it was on its way. Called back 4 days later, was told one item was on back order but couldn't tell me which piece. Called back a week later and was told all items were on back order, after this I asked for my money returned, including shipping and was told that can't happen but I will hear from a supervisor within 48 hours. I had to go out and get a Halloween costume really quickly. I never heard from a manager. I called back a week later and the person said NOTHING was even documented about my request for a refund. I once again was told I will get my refund and will hear from a supervisor again, NEVER heard anything. THIS is completely unacceptable!!!! I then received an email that said tell us about your experience on Nov 11th.....I then called a third time and asked AGAIN for my money and let them know I am waiting to fill out my review until I get this resolved!!! AGAIN......Nothing. Then, on Nov 22nd, I called and they said I should have my money returned by Dec 1st and to call back if I don't receive anything, SERIOUSLY????? I had to fight for 2 and a half months to get my money returned. This place has HORRIBLE customer service that makes up crap just to get customers off the phone!!! I have let EVERYONE know how horrible your website is!!!!
